Swing for Kids
Swing for Kids is a Chicago nonprofit that builds happy kids, successful schools and stronger communities through dance.
Building Essential Skills:
- Goal Setting – Students make personal and group goals and work toward one purpose.
- Emotional and Behavior Management – Students will describe and manage emotions and behavior.
- Effective Communication – Students explain their points of view and communicate with each other through dance.
- Conflict Resolution – Students see examples of and practice healthy conflict resolution.
- Teamwork – Students work together effectively.
